What our clients say
A London web design agency for organisations that want a site that simply works
Most small organisations do not need a big agency project — they need a professional website that is online quickly, looks right, is easy to update and never breaks. That is what we do. Abstract27 designs and builds your site, then hosts and maintains it for a fixed monthly price, so you never have to think about plugins, updates or hosting bills.
We work mostly with associations and charities, law firms and professional practices, independent media and journalists, health professionals and small businesses — in English, French or both.
Built on open-source Ghost, so you stay in control
Every site runs on Ghost, the open-source platform used by independent publishers. It is fast, secure and comes with a built-in newsletter and memberships, so you can write to your audience without paying for a separate email tool. Your content is yours and can be exported at any time.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a website cost with Abstract27?
A managed website costs £25 a month in one language, or £40 a month bilingual (£270 or £432 a year). That price covers design, build, hosting, maintenance, content changes on request and a newsletter. There is no setup fee.
How long does it take to build my website?
The first version is delivered within about a week of starting. Larger projects such as migrations or custom features are scoped during the free call.
Do I own my website and my content?
Yes. Your site runs on Ghost, an open-source publishing platform, and your content and subscriber list can be exported at any time.
Can you build a bilingual website?
Yes — English and French is our speciality, but any two languages work. The bilingual plan is £40 a month.
Can you move my existing site from WordPress, Wix or Squarespace?
Yes. We migrate your pages, articles and images, keep your URLs where possible and set up redirects so you do not lose traffic.
Where are you based?
